About Us

Elan Peltz is the founder of Blackwatch ’68 Properties, a boutique real estate development firm. The firm focuses on unique apartments, mixed use retail, beach airbnbs, and luxury rental condos/single family homes.

The firm has offices in Milwaukee, WI and Highland Park, IL and has numerous design and restoration awards. The company has expanded its profile by adding several boutique properties every year including the redevelopment of the Hayek Pharmacy in Shorewood, WI.

Elan has a Law degree from Washington University School of Law (WashU) and a Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago. He also attended WashU for undergrad where he graduated with Honors in Political Science & History.

Elan, Lisa, Savannah, and Dylan reside in Highland Park, IL. They enjoy traveling to Colorado, California, and Michigan whenever they can! Elan’s favorite film is Dead Poets Society.
